By commission me, you're agreeing with the following terms. Please, read carefully.
Provide neat and clear references. Send it as files. If possible, please don't send me shaded references. I'll need at least one drawing/reference with flat colors. This is in order to help me get the exact color of your oc and see clearer any marking they have.
I don't take artistic freedom commissions! So you should have an idea or concept of what would you like to get.
Take into account that I'm not an expert, I learned by my own and I'm still learning.
My mother tongue is Spanish but I'm quite fluent in English.
I have the right to reject your order if I don't feel comfortable with it.
Any offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
Adoptables have their own rules that you can see in their post. If the adopt doesn't have rules in the post, read the section III of these terms or ask me.
I. Process.
The commission process goes with three-four steps: first sketch, clean sketch with corrections, lineart and flat colors, shading and background.I start the commission after receiving 50% of the payment. You'll be contacted everytime some major progress is made in the commission. Progress is made only if the client gives green light to continue. In each of those moments, please let me know if there's anything you would like me to change in the illustration. Edits and major corrections can only be done during sketch phase, after that only colors or marking corrections are available, so make sure the sketch is okay before proceeding to the lineart phase.After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed, such as small colouring/marking mistakes. Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Great changes after the finished commission include things like add/change/remove clothes, change the pose, add extra parts like wings, tails, horns, etc.The turnaround time will depend on personal issues, how complex your commission/character is or queue order. Under normal conditions, the time varies from one week to three months. You can check the queue on my Trello or Telegram channel, or ask me in a private message. I usually work in order of payment, but sometimes I work in order of complexity or doing first what my creative instinct feels to in order to avoid art block and burn out.I have certain health problems related to back bones pain, hormones, eyesight, and fatigue/exhaustion, and those sometimes slow me down. Please, keep that in mind.
II. Payments and refunds.
Currency: USD, USDc.
Payments via PayPal, Zinli or Kontigo.In PayPal, I work with invoices, so I will ask you for your PayPal e-mail. I'll ask for a 50% of the total to start your commission and 50% at the beginning of the lineart phase to continue.I prefer Zinli and Kontigo as payment methods since these apps allow me to use the money freely instead of relaying on a third party person to get it, since in my country PayPal cannot be linked to a bank account. I'm aware Zinli and Kontigo are not as common as PayPal, so it is up to the client which method they want to us.I have the right to cancel a commission if any of the terms
presented in this document are violated. In that case, you won't receive a refund and I'll stop your commission, sending you the file with the progress that was done before canceling it.You can't cancel a commission once it has been started, so it can't be refunded. This said, please be sure you want the commission. I only make refunds if I already received the 50% of the payment but I haven't started the commission. In that case, you'll receive those 50% back.
III. Copyright.
I, the artist, have all the rights of the artwork, not the customer, and I can use it to promote myself and post on my social medias. The exception would be if it's a private commission; in that case, I will still have the rights but the commission won't be posted on my social media.Any kind of commission, designs, adoptables, art in general, made by me are only for customer's personal use (like use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, etc), you can't profit from it.The customer is allowed to share the commission in their social medias always giving the corresponding credit (my username or link back to any of my art accounts).Don't remove the signature, don't alter the drawing, don't take credit of it, don't copy, trace or highly reference any of my illustrations/designs. If you want to use my drawings or designs to take inspiration/reference for your personal art or adoptables, please let me know before doing it, I'm very friendly about it and we can discuss it.My art can't be used to make NFTs, sold as a NFT or promote that stupid shit, please just don't. Neither to feed the AI.
